Patient Rights

You, as a patient, have a right to an appointment with a member of the Practice Health Care Team within 48 hours of your request.

You have a right to request to speak to a receptionist in private.

You have a responsibility to keep any appointment made with any doctor or nurse. If you are unable to keep an appointment, you have a duty to cancel it at your earliest opportunity, thereby allowing the appointment to be offered to someone else.
